How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary per product and are confirmed at checkout. We also have a large number of items where delivery is free!

Are there any hidden costs?

Most Irish orders placed online are charged delivery at a flat rate and there are no other charges. We’ll show you a delivery price estimate at the basket, or if we don’t, it is included in the cost.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on what you are ordering. Some items are shipped directly from our warehouse and other items are sent from our third party production facilities. Our Express Delivery option lets you shorten the lead time if you are in a rush to get your product. This gives you maximum flexibility.

At what time will my delivery arrive?

Our couriers usually deliver Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. 1-2 day delivery is available to most Irish addresses if you order in-stock items before 2pm Monday to Thursday.

Do you deliver to the UK?

Yes, we deliver to the United Kingdom. You will need to contact our customer service team to discuss rates and timelines.

Do you deliver outside Ireland & UK?

Yes, we deliver across the EU. At present we’re unable to provide shipping estimates for every destination at the time of ordering. We’ll contact you with the delivery cost after your order has been placed.

Do you offer palletised delivery?

Yes, large orders will be palletised. Please contact us if your order requires palletisation so we can arrange this.
